- Payment Information: Payment Information: Credit or debit card details and billing address. Payment processing is handled by Kajabi's payment partners (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications: Communications: Messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support requests, including the content of those communications.
- Community Contributions: Community Contributions: Posts, comments, questions, and replies you submit in our membership community.
- Testimonials & Feedback: Testimonials & Feedback: Reviews, testimonials, or other feedback you voluntarily provide. These may be used for marketing purposes as described in our Membership Agreement.
- Session Participation: Session Participation: Questions submitted before or during live channeling sessions and Q&A sessions.

II. How We Collect Your Information
We collect your information through the following means:
- Directly from you when you register, purchase, or communicate with us
- Through Kajabi, our membership and course hosting platform
- Through Zoom, when you attend live group channeling or Q&A sessions
- Through our email marketing platform (Constant Contact or similar)
- Through cookies and tracking technologies on our website
- Through social media platforms if you interact with our content

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Manage Your Membership
- Create and manage your membership account on Kajabi
- Process payments and manage recurring billing ($11/month or $132/year)
- Provide access to channeled transmissions, live sessions, breathwork recordings, and other membership content
- Send session reminders, Zoom links, replay notifications, and content updates
- Process cancellation or refund requests in accordance with our Membership Agreement
To Communicate With You
- Respond to your questions, support requests, and feedback
- Send email newsletters, announcements, and spiritual guidance content (with your consent)
- Notify you of new offerings, retreat openings, courses, and events — members receive early access before the public
To Improve Our Services
- Analyze how members use our content to improve session quality and platform experience
- Understand which content and experiences are most valuable to members
For Marketing & Promotion
- Use voluntarily provided testimonials and feedback for marketing purposes, as agreed in our Membership Agreement
- Share anonymized insights about our community (we never share individually identifiable information for marketing purposes without explicit consent)
To Meet Legal Obligations
- Comply with applicable Arizona and federal laws
- Enforce our Membership Agreement and protect our intellectual property
- Respond to legal process or government requests where required
IV. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business — including Kajabi (platform hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Zoom (live sessions), and email marketing platforms. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

V. Kajabi & Third-Party Platforms
Our membership is hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform. When you create an account or purchase a membership, your data is also subject to Kajabi's own Privacy Policy, available at kajabi.com/privacy.
Our live sessions are conducted via Zoom. By attending a live session, you acknowledge that Zoom may collect data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Session recordings are stored and distributed through Kajabi.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe through Kajabi's infrastructure. We do not have access to your full payment card details.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party platforms, as we are not responsible for their data practices.
VI. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website and membership platform use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

- News about retreats, events, courses, and launches — members receive first access
- Occasional personal messages and insights from Jan
Opting Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not opt you out of transactional membership communications (such as billing notices and session reminders), which are required to deliver your membership.
VIII. Session Recordings & Content
Our live group channeling sessions, Q&A sessions, and other live events may be recorded. By attending any live session, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Sessions may be recorded via Zoom or other platforms
- Recordings, including your participation (if you speak or appear on camera), may be shared with other active members via the Kajabi membership portal
- Recordings will not be shared publicly without your explicit consent, except in edited or excerpted form that does not individually identify you
- Questions submitted in writing before or during sessions may be read aloud or referenced during recordings
If you prefer not to appear on camera during a live session, you are welcome to attend with your camera off. Audio participation may still be captured if you use your microphone.
Voluntarily provided testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing purposes as described in the Membership Agreement. We will always request your permission before using your name or likeness in a testimonial.
IX. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
- Active Members: Active Members: Your account data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle any outstanding billing or legal matters.
- Payment Records: Payment Records: Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes under Arizona law.
- Community Posts: Community Posts: Content you post in our community may remain visible after your membership ends unless you request its removal.
- Session Recordings: Session Recordings: Recordings are retained in the member library for as long as the membership platform operates or until we determine they are no longer relevant.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of our Membership Agreement.
